  • We charge a small handling and service fee on top of product costs, as we make minimal margin per item.

  • This service fee is clearly included in your total price at checkout.

  • All service fees are non-refundable, even in cases of returns or cancellations.

3. Product Fulfilment & Delivery

  • Most items are delivered within 7–10 working days, though delays can occasionally occur depending on the supplier or shipping network.

  • Some products may arrive separately depending on supplier location.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product arrives in unsatisfactory, damaged, or faulty condition.

  • To initiate a return, email: customersupport@shoppersmarthub.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will liaise with the relevant supplier on your behalf to rectify the issue.

  • Returns due to change of mind, wrong size, or delayed delivery are generally not accepted unless agreed by the supplier.

5. Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed and processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

  • Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel, and we will attempt to intervene before dispatch.

  • If dispatched, the standard return policy applies.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure that delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts.

7. Liability

  • Flex Innovations Ltd is not the manufacturer of the goods. We operate as an intermediary between you and our UK-based suppliers.

  • We accept no liability for manufacturing faults but will assist in resolving issues where possible.

  • Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
