At Shopper Smart Hub, weโ€™re proud to support UK suppliers and offer a fair shopping experience โ€” but as a small operation helping British businesses stay afloat, we need to keep our policies clear and tight.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is damaged, faulty, or unsatisfactory on arrival

  • You provide photographic evidence

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging, where relevant

โŒ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delayed delivery (within our stated 7โ€“10 working day window)

  • Incorrect sizing or preference unless itโ€™s a clear supplier error

Weโ€™ll contact the supplier directly and help get the issue resolved for you.


๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued when the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged and cannot be replaced.

  • Our small service/handling fee โ€” which helps keep SSH running and supports UK jobs โ€” is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • This fee is clearly displayed at checkout as part of the final price.

If approved, your refund (minus the non-refundable service fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 working days.

If your refund hasnโ€™t shown up after 10 working days:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account

  2. Contact your payment provider
