You may request a return within 14 days of delivery only if:

Refunds are only issued when the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged and cannot be replaced.

Our small service/handling fee โ which helps keep SSH running and supports UK jobs โ is non-refundable under all circumstances.

This fee is clearly displayed at checkout as part of the final price.
If approved, your refund (minus the non-refundable service fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7โ10 working days.
